Metal Stamping Across Different Metals
More than 100 metal materials stamped to your drawing.
Stamping Equipment Built for Volume and Size
An 80T to 400T press range covers small precision stamped parts and larger formed structural parts — so your job never moves to another supplier.

| Equipment | Spec | Qty |
|---|---|---|
| Stamping presses | 80T – 400T | 40 |
| Hydraulic presses (deep drawing) | Dedicated to drawn parts | 4 |
| Fiber laser cutters | 6 kW, prototype blanks | 2 |
| Press brakes | Bending up to 4,000 mm | 3 |
| Coordinate measuring machines | FAI & batch inspection | 2 |
The 4 deep-drawing hydraulic presses are counted separately from the 40 stamping presses. Welding, CNC machining and surface finishing are also in-house.
Stamping Engineers Who Own Your Part From Drawing to Shipment
The engineers who review your drawing are the same people who walk it through tooling and production — not a sales desk relaying questions to a factory.
DFM & Die Design
Feasibility, tolerance stack-up and die route checked before tooling — to cut tool cost and avoid design changes after the die is built.
Tooling & Production
Tool making, stamping, deep drawing and secondary operations under one roof, so problems trace back to the operation that caused them.
Quality & Inspection
ISO 9001:2015 control, first article inspection and CMM reports for batch-to-batch consistency.

Metal Stamping FAQ
What do I need to send for a stamping quote?
Your 2D/3D drawing (STEP, DWG, DXF or PDF), material grade and thickness, surface finish and annual or batch quantity. Volume decides the die type, so it changes both tooling and unit price. We reply within 2 hours on business days. RFQ checklist →
How is the stamping tooling cost handled?
We quote stamping and deep-drawing dies separately from the unit price, so you can see both. Die ownership or amortization over the order volume can be negotiated. How tooling decisions affect your project →
Which metals can you stamp?
Stainless steel (SS304, SS316, 201, 430), carbon and alloy steel, galvanized steel, aluminum (5052, 6061-T6), copper and brass, plus titanium and specialty alloys on request — more than 100 metal materials in total.
Can I get samples before mass production?
Yes. We offer free sample evaluation to check feasibility and deformation risk. Samples ship within 72 hours of confirmation, and batch production then runs on the same system. Stamping samples guide →
Can I visit your stamping factory?
Yes. Our 9,000 m² plant is in Nanpi, Cangzhou, close to Beijing and Tianjin. Tell us your dates and we will arrange a press shop tour with our engineers. Contact us →
