Custom Metal Parts Made to Customer Drawings

Since 1999 the plant in Nanpi County, Cangzhou has produced more than 70,000 different custom metal parts. This page shows a small sample of that work. These are the kinds of parts buyers send us drawings for every week.

We made everything shown here to a customer drawing or sample. Parts range from a 0.5 mm gasket to a 4-metre-high insulated enclosure. Runs range from one-off prototypes to hundreds of thousands of pieces.

Typical parts we are asked for

  • Brackets, mounting plates and reinforcement plates
  • Housings, enclosures, chassis and cabinets
  • Frames and welded assemblies
  • Rings, discs, caps and end covers
  • Hinges, handles and latches
  • Pulleys, rollers and adjustment fittings
  • Deep-drawn shells and drawn housings

Materials we work with

We produce custom parts in more than 100 metal materials. These are the most common:

  • Stainless steel
  • Carbon steel and galvanised steel
  • Aluminium
  • Brass and copper
  • Titanium
  • Specialty alloys

Choosing the material matters as much as the process. Before quoting, we advise on the trade-off between strength, weight, corrosion resistance and cost. The same part in the wrong grade can be expensive and still fail in service.

Processes behind these parts

Every part on this page comes from one or more of these processes. We use metal stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding and drilling. We also use grinding, spinning, CNC machining and die casting. Surface treatment and laser marking follow where the application requires them.

The complete machine inventory is on the equipment list page.

Industries we supply

Our exported parts serve OEMs and importers across many sectors. These include medical devices, electronics, automotive, energy and construction tools. We also supply home and garden, agricultural machinery, packaging, marine and offshore, aerospace, and general hardware.

How custom parts are quoted

  1. Send the drawing. A 2D drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample all work. Include the quantity and the material if it is already fixed.
  2. Engineers review it. We check feasibility, tolerance stack-up and the cheapest process route. We then come back with clarifying questions only where the answer changes the price.
  3. You get a quotation. We answer quotations within 2 hours on working days, and samples ship within 72 hours of confirmation.

We quote tooling for stamping and deep drawing separately and transparently. You can also negotiate ownership or amortisation of the dies.

Send us your part

If you have a drawing or a sample, we will tell you how we would make it, in which material, and at what cost.
