Our Factory: 9,000 m2 Metal Stamping Base in Nanpi

Inside Our 9,000 m² Metal Stamping Plant

Our manufacturing base is a 9,000 m² metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication plant in Nanpi County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China. The site sits close to Beijing and Tianjin. Metal stamping and sheet metal production here goes back to 1999.

The plant is not a trading office with a workshop attached. It is a full-chain metal processing and customisation plant. Design support, tooling, stamping and deep drawing all happen here. So do laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, surface treatment and inspection.

Where the plant is

  • Address: Nanpi County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China
  • Site area: 9,000 m²
  • Location advantage: close to Beijing and Tianjin, with export shipments leaving through Tianjin Port
  • Manufacturing history at this site: since 1999

The team

The plant employs 120 people, including 19 engineers. The team covers design, engineering, tool making, production, welding and quality inspection. It also covers research and development and customer service.

That mix matters for custom work. When a drawing arrives, engineers review it, and those same engineers walk the part through production. You are not dealing with a sales desk that relays questions to a factory.

Machines on the floor

The short version:

  • 40 stamping machines, 80 to 400 tons
  • 4 hydraulic presses for deep drawing, counted separately from the 40
  • 2 fiber laser cutting machines at 6 kW
  • 3 CNC milling and turning machines
  • 3 bending machines, 3 electric welding lines, 1 automatic spot welder
  • 2 surface treatment lines, 12 drilling machines, 4 laser marking machines
  • 2 coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for dimensional inspection

The full inventory, process by process, is on the equipment list page.

How quality is held

We build quality control into the route rather than bolting it on at the end:

  • We record process parameters for every job. We document machining parameters, material performance data and best practices as each project completes. The next run of the same part then starts from a known baseline.
  • We check dimensions in-house. Our two coordinate measuring machines handle first-article and in-process measurement.
  • One quality loop for the whole part. Stamping, drawing, fabrication, machining and finishing all sit on the same site. So when final inspection finds a problem, we can trace it back to the operation that caused it.

Where the parts go

Most of what the plant produces goes to export markets. Our main markets are North America and Europe, with regular business in Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Buyers are typically OEMs and importers. They need parts made to their own drawings rather than catalogue items.

See the custom metal parts gallery for examples of what has been produced.
