Process Quality ControlWe build quality control into every stage of production. We do not check only before shipment. • Incoming Material Inspection: We check every incoming raw material for dimensions and material grade before it enters production. • Process Quality Control: We combine first-piece inspection, in-process inspection and operator self-checking. That catches production deviations early and keeps manufacturing consistent. • Final Inspection Before Shipment: We inspect finished products in full, or we sample them to AQL standards. Only qualified products ship. • Document management: We archive inspection reports, material certificates and shipment records systematically.
