Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication: From Engineering Review to Finished Parts
In the precision sheet metal fabrication field, what truly determines product quality is not just the statement “We can do it”, but whether it can be produced stably, continuously, and in large quantities.
From engineering review to final shipment, every step requires real manufacturing capabilities, a stable equipment system, and an experienced engineering team as support.
We have a modern production base of over 9,000 square meters. We have been providing stable manufacturing services, from sample development to batch production, for global customers, ensuring that every part maintains consistent precision and traceable quality.
Engineering Review
The engineering review is the most crucial starting point in the precision sheet metal fabrication procedure. Before production begins, our engineering team conducts a comprehensive analysis of the customer’s drawings to ensure the structure’s manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and processing stability.
We have 19 engineers with over 10 years of experience who can provide solutions for complex structures:
- Design for Manufacturability Analysis (DFM)
- Evaluation and optimization suggestions for tolerance rationality
- Optimization of bending and welding structures
- Planning of processing operation paths
In actual projects, many products can significantly reduce production difficulty and minimize subsequent assembly risks through early-stage engineering optimization.
Materials and Practical Application Experience
During our long-term production process, we mainly process the following materials:
- Stainless steel (corrosion-resistant structural components)
- Aluminum alloy (lightweight structural components)
- Carbon steel (industrial load-bearing components)
- Galvanized steel plate (protective structural components)
- Copper and special alloys (conductive components)
We can assess the performance of the materials in actual production based on the application environment, rather than relying solely on design parameters.
Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication Capability
Our precision sheet metal fabrication capabilities are based on a complete internal production system rather than on a single piece of equipment. In our 9,000+ square meter factory, we are equipped with:
Sheet Metal Fabrication
|
CNC Machining
|
Surface Finishing & QC
|
This entire system ensures that we can complete the entire manufacturing process from cutting, shaping, processing, to surface treatment and inspection within the factory.
Laser Cutting and Stamping Capabilities
Laser cutting and stamping forming are crucial steps in precision sheet metal fabrication. The 6kW laser cutting equipment can ensure:
- High-precision contour processing
- Fast prototyping of complex graphics
- Smooth and stable cutting edges
Meanwhile, 38 sets of stamping equipment (with capacities ranging from 80 to 400 tons) ensure the consistency and stability of large-scale products and are suitable for the mass production of structural components and industrial parts.
CNC Precision Machining Capability
In precision sheet metal fabrication, certain structures cannot be produced solely by stamping or bending. We achieve high-precision processing through five-axis and vertical machining centers, including:
- Precision hole processing
- Thread tapping
- Complex surface machining
- Assembly key dimension control
This capability ensures that the parts will have good matching accuracy during the final assembly process.
Surface Treatment Capability
Surface treatment not only affects the appearance but also directly influences the product’s service life and environmental adaptability. We have equipped two surface treatment production lines, which can complete:
- Spray coating
- Protective coating treatment
- Surface pretreatment process
At the same time, in conjunction with the laser marking equipment, it enables product traceability and industrial identification management.
Full Inspection System
Quality control is carried out throughout the production process, rather than only at the final stage. We use two sets of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) in conjunction with standard inspection tools to ensure the dimensional stability of each batch. The inspection process includes:
- Incoming Inspection — Verify whether the specifications and quality of the raw materials comply with the production standards.
- In-Process Inspection — Monitor the key manufacturing processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and process consistency.
- Final Inspection — Conduct the final quality verification of the finished products to ensure they meet the customer’s requirements.
Global Manufacturing Experience
Our manufacturing capabilities have been proven in the global market. Currently:
🌐 We have customized Over 70,000+ types of metal parts for 3,000+ enterprises in more than 100 countries worldwide.
