Stainless Steel Fabrication
ISO 9001:2015 · Stainless 304 / 316 / 430
Custom stainless steel parts, engineered from your drawing.
A stainless steel fabrication factory in China. Send a drawing and our engineers review material, process route and manufacturability first — then we stamp, deep-draw, laser-cut, machine and weld the part through to mass production.
Engineering and DFM review happen before you get a price.

The general-purpose grade. Food-adjacent equipment, indoor enclosures and parts that see moisture rather than chlorides.
- Typical parts
- Housings, covers, brackets, panels, tube assemblies
- Process fit
- Deep drawing, stamping, laser cutting, bending, TIG welding
- Standard finish
- Brushed satin, polished, passivated
Molybdenum-bearing. Specified where chlorides, salt spray or wash-down are part of the service life.
- Typical parts
- Marine hardware, fittings, wash-down housings, chemical-adjacent parts
- Process fit
- Deep drawing, CNC machining, TIG welding, passivation
- Standard finish
- Passivated, electropolished, brushed
Ferritic and magnetic, with lower corrosion resistance than 304 but a lower cost where the environment allows it.
- Typical parts
- Trim, decorative panels, heat-adjacent parts, brackets
- Process fit
- Stamping, laser cutting, bending
- Standard finish
- Brushed, bright annealed
Capabilities
Stainless steel fabrication, start to finish, under one roof
Design, tooling, forming, welding, finishing and inspection all happen in our own plant in Nanpi. Your part does not get handed between suppliers.
Stamping & deep drawing
Progressive and transfer dies on 40 presses from 80 to 400 tonnes, plus hydraulic presses for deeper draws.
Sheet metal fabrication
Blanking, press-brake bending, forming and assembly of enclosures, panels, chassis and brackets.
Laser cutting
A 6 kW fibre laser cuts profiles, apertures and hole patterns in the flat, so positions stay true after forming.
CNC machining
Five-axis and vertical machining centres for secondary operations, faces and tight features.
Welding & assembly
TIG, MIG and CNC welding of stainless assemblies, with jigs and fixtures built in-house.
Finishing & surface treatment
Brushing, polishing, passivation and coating chosen against the environment the part will live in.
Inspection: 2 × CMM — incoming inspection, first-article confirmation, in-process patrol and final inspection, with batch-level dimensional records traceable back to the run.
Material selection
Which stainless, and why
The grade decides the process route, the finish and how long the part lasts in service.
| Grade | Typical parts | Typical industries | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 304 | Housings, covers, brackets, panels, tube | Food and kitchen equipment, indoor enclosures, general hardware | The default grade where moisture is present but chlorides are not. |
| 316 | Marine hardware, fittings, wash-down housings | Marine and shipbuilding, chemical and wash-down equipment, medical | Contains molybdenum; specified for salt spray and chloride exposure. |
| 430 | Trim, panels, brackets, heat-adjacent parts | Appliances, automotive, decorative and architectural trim | Ferritic and magnetic. Lower cost where corrosion demand is low. |
| 201 | Decorative trim, indoor panels, non-structural housings | Furniture and home goods, decorative indoor trim | Made only to order, when your drawing specifies 201. Cost-driven decorative and indoor parts; not for moisture or chloride exposure. |
How a project runs
How a stainless steel fabrication project runs
Three stages, in this order. The engineering conversation happens before the quote, not after the first bad batch.
- 01
Drawing review
We read the drawing, model or sample against the function the part has to perform, before anything is priced.
- 02
Material & process route
Grade selection and substitutes, process sequence, structural improvements and where the cost can come out.
- 03
Tooling where needed, first article, production
Dies, jigs and fixtures built in-house when the process calls for them. One engineer and one order tracker stay with your part from first article through mass production.
Batch-to-batch consistency
Prototype, pilot and production run through the same factory, the same process route and the same first-article confirmation.
Projects
Stainless steel fabrication projects
Four representative builds, described by what actually decided the outcome: the grade, the process route and how the result was verified. Images are illustrative of the part types, not photographs of a named customer's product.

Case 01 · Marine
316 deep-drawn housing
Drawn in 316 to survive salt spray, with the rim rolled in the same set-up so wall thickness stays even all the way round.
- Material
- 316 stainless
- Process
- Deep drawing, trimming, passivation
- Verification
- First article confirmed, CMM-verified
- Volume
- Prototype → pilot → production

Case 02 · Industrial equipment
304 sheet-metal control enclosure
Folded and welded from 304 sheet, with the cable aperture laser-cut in the flat so the formed part needs no rework to line up.
- Material
- 304 stainless sheet
- Process
- Laser cutting, press-brake bending, TIG welding
- Verification
- Critical aperture dimensionally recorded
- Volume
- Pilot → production

Case 03 · High volume
430 brackets from one progressive die
A flat bracket with one bend and a punched hole pattern, run from a progressive die so bend angle and hole position stay identical across the batch.
- Material
- 430 stainless
- Process
- Progressive die stamping
- Verification
- Batch inspection with per-batch records
- Volume
- Production

Case 04 · Assembly
Welded stainless tube assembly
Tube and elbow joined with a narrow TIG bead, then passivated so the weld zone sits in the same corrosion band as the parent metal.
- Material
- 304 stainless tube
- Process
- TIG welding, passivation
- Verification
- Weld inspected, fit-up CMM-verified
- Volume
- Prototype → pilot → production

Send your stainless steel fabrication drawing
Tell us what the part has to do. An engineer reads it, flags anything that will cause rework, and comes back with a price and a process route.
Drawings stay confidential. We do not pass them to third parties.
