Metal Stamping and Fabrication Equipment List

This page lists the equipment inventory of our 9,000 m² metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication plant. The plant sits in Nanpi County, Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China. It is the production base behind every custom part we export.

Tianjin Xinjiuxinji Import and Export Co., Ltd. is the export entity. Main categories: Sheet Metal Fabrication, Stamping Part, Laser Cutting Part, Bending Part, Welding Part. Metal stamping and sheet metal production at this site goes back to 1999.

Equipment inventory at a glance

Process Equipment Units
Stamping Stamping presses, 80–400 tons 40
Deep drawing Hydraulic presses (counted separately from the 40 presses) 4
Laser cutting Fiber laser cutting machines, 6 kW 2
Bending Bending machines / press brakes 3
CNC machining CNC milling and turning machines 3
Welding Electric welding production lines 3
Welding Automatic spot welding machines 1
Surface finishing Surface treatment production lines 2
Marking Laser marking machines 4
Drilling Drilling machines 12
Forging Forging equipment 1
Inspection Coordinate measuring machines (CMM) 2

How to read the press count: the plant runs 40 stamping machines from 80 to 400 tons. We count the four hydraulic presses used for deep drawing separately, so they are not part of that 40.

Factory layout

The diagram below marks the main production areas of the plant: stamping, bending, drilling, laser cutting, welding and storage. Because these areas sit under one roof, a part can move from raw material to finished component without leaving the site.

What this equipment means for your drawings

  • Thick plate and fine sheet in the same shop. The two 6 kW fiber laser cutters handle both heavy plate and thin sheet. So a thick bracket and a delicate trim piece can run in the same order.
  • Press capacity up to 400 tons. The press line spans 80 to 400 tons. That range covers small precision stamped parts and larger formed structural parts. You do not need to move the job to another supplier.
  • We keep deep drawing in-house. Four hydraulic presses work only on deep-drawn parts. Drawn shells and housings therefore stay inside the same quality loop as the stamped parts.
  • We machine and fabricate in-house. Three CNC milling and turning machines sit alongside bending, welding and drilling capacity. So secondary operations do not wait on a third party.
  • We inspect in-house. Our two coordinate measuring machines handle first-article and in-process dimensional checks on the parts we make.
